What Our Families Say
We could fill several websites telling you about our supportive, purpose-built design, personalized life-enrichment programs, and exceptional care and services … but, while remarkable and unique, those are merely the ingredients we use to create the real magic of Bridges® – the magic that is shown on the faces of our residents and felt in the hearts of their families.
A SECOND FAMILY
Almost two years ago, my family had to make the difficult decision to find a place for Dad to live once his health and dementia worsened. We are so grateful to have found Bridges by Epoch in Sudbury. The entire community consists of administration, aides, nurses, kitchen staff, activities director, and maintenance staff that are ALL wonderful! Dad thrived in his new environment. Every team member took the time to know Dad personally, including his likes and dislikes with food and things he enjoyed doing. They always went above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience for Dad and for us as his family, knowing he received the care and attention he deserved. And at the end of Dad’s journey, absolutely everyone made his last days easier on all of us with the love and support they showed us. When staff members are there to hug and support you, with tears in their eyes because they cared about your loved one so much, you know you found the right place! Thank you to everyone at Bridges that became a second family to Dad and us. You will all be fondly remembered as living angels for the work that you do!

CARING AND EXPERIENCED
Bridges at Mashpee has been a good choice for us. My wife was diagnosed with dementia more than 10 years ago. Unlike most homes, Bridges serves only memory-affected residents. The facility is new and modern, and offers residents entertainment programs virtually every day. The team is caring and experienced, and nurses are on duty 24/7.

For anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one needing memory care, you need to visit Bridges of Pembroke. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homey, and all staff (management, nursing, dietary, etc.) care for the residents as they would their own family members, and the food served is restaurant quality!

BEYOND ANYTHING WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED
If you are NOT considering having your loved one move into Bridges, Pembroke, PLEASE read on! Our mom moved there in the middle of January 2025. She was very ill and deconditioned from a hospital stay. Due to the dedication and passion of the ENTIRE Bridges family, she was able to rally and is now able to enjoy the many amenities here. She continuously praises all the staff, from the management team, the wonderful caretakers, the nursing department, the hospice and culinary department, to the front desk, who always greets her as she passes. She has commented on the cleanliness and entertainment! To quote Mom, ” they treat me royally “. Please consider Bridges Pembroke for your loved one. The team is so passionate and always willing to do whatever is needed and more, and always with a smile!
I truly believe that this is beyond anything we could have imagined for Mom.

GREAT QUALITY OF LIFE
I tried to take care of my dad when he first developed dementia. He wanted to stay at home, but it became too unsafe for him. He first tried assisted living at a different facility, but he actually got worse there since what he really needed was specialized memory care. After moving into Bridges, he seems so much more alert and also so happy. They keep him physically and mentally active, and it has made a huge difference! And while his dementia is still slowly progressing, the quality of life is great. I am so happy with Bridges, and so happy that my dad is getting such good care.
