Michelle Pelham
CDP®, Executive Director
A veteran Executive Director of assisted living and memory care communities in California and New Hampshire, Michelle brings a wealth of comprehensive leadership experience to Bridges® by EPOCH at Nashua.

As Executive Director, Michelle is responsible for managing the overall operations of the community and leading our team in the provision of the highest quality of care, hospitality, services and life-enriching programs with respect and compassion for our residents.

“I am proud to promote Bridges by EPOCH’s positive culture – providing seniors who have memory loss a safe and happy home where they are loved, understood and free to be themselves,” says Michelle.

Michelle currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes (NH Argentum Chapter), earned her BA in Psychology at San Jose State University and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner®.

Colleen Everett
Senior Advisor
In her position as Senior Advisor, Colleen is responsible for building relationships with seniors and their families while sharing education, support and resources for the greater community.

Colleen also connects with area professionals and local organizations to improve lives for area seniors and share the benefits the Bridges® lifestyle brings to those with memory loss.

Colleen brings more than 15 years of senior living experience to her role as Senior Advisor. Over the course of her career, she’s worked at several communities across the country, including in California and at Bridges® by EPOCH at Nashua’s sister community in Pembroke.

Colleen earned her Bachelor of Arts in art history from Sarah Lawrence College and her graduate studies degree in theology and ministry to the elderly from Andover Newton Theological School.

Alicia Seaver
Vice President of Memory Care Operations

As Vice President of Memory Care Operations, Alicia is responsible for the operations of Bridges® by EPOCH memory care assisted living communities under the direction of EPOCH Senior Living’s Chief Operating Officer, Joanna Cormac-Burt. 

Alicia also serves as an educator and trainer for both our families and our staff, as well as an expert resource for all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. In her position, she is focused on maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care in all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. With more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, Alicia is certified by the National Institute on Aging as a Memory Impairment Specialist and is state certified in Massachusetts and Florida as an Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Trainer. Her extensive skill set, combined with her depth of knowledge of memory care and forms of dementias, allows Alicia to effectively provide invaluable information not only to Bridges® by EPOCH families, but also to the greater community.

Alicia is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Her career with EPOCH Senior Living began as the Executive Director of our Bridges® by EPOCH flagship community in Hingham, where she earned the honor of being named Executive Director of the Year by Mass-ALFA. Prior to this, Alicia held various positions at senior living communities in Florida and Massachusetts. Alicia is proud to be part of an organization that is as dedicated to providing highquality, individualized care to seniors as she is, and she feels fortunate to be in a position where she can educate families on how to make a difference in the quality of life of their loved ones with memory challenges.

Sarah Turcotte
Community Liaison
As Area Community Liaison, Sarah supports the Senior Advisors at our Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover, Sudbury, Westford, and Nashua communities.

She assists in connecting with area professionals and organizations to coordinate resources to help area families who are caring for a loved one with memory loss.

Sarah joined the Bridges® by EPOCH family in 2012 as the Life Enrichment Director at our original community in Hingham, where she was instrumental in delivering our unique programming. She has since served as a Senior Advisor, assisting families and caregivers in discovering the benefits of Bridges® by EPOCH’s specialized memory care, family support and educational resources. In this role, Sarah expands on her rich knowledge and experience to make a difference in the lives of seniors with memory loss, their families and area professionals.

Sarah is highly recognized in our field and has won numerous awards and honors. Most recently, she received the 2017 Excellence Award in Program Innovation from the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association (Mass-ALA) and, in 2015, she earned a spot on the Provider’s 20 to Watch List, which recognizes remarkable senior healthcare workers who go above and beyond for the seniors they serve.
