Meet the Bridges® Trumbull Team
Trish brings nearly 30 years of directorial experience in both memory care and skilled nursing care to the residents and team members of Bridges® by EPOCH at Trumbull.
As Executive Director, Trish oversees all daily operations of our community and ensures that our memory care, life-enrichment and service teams create a safe, welcoming environment that inspires joyful living for each resident.
As a teen, Trish experienced firsthand the effects of a loved one’s dementia, and she’s eager to help other families benefit from resources and guidance that were unavailable to her own family at the time.
“My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease when I was in high school,” says Trish. “It was very difficult back then, as my parents had to do their best without a lot of information or support. We know much more about the disease, its behaviors and effective care approaches today, but we still have a long way to go, and I am dedicated to the cause.”
Trish graduated from Springfield College (Springfield, MA) with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Social Work. She lives in Cheshire with her husband and three daughters.
