Thank you for all you are doing. I had my first skype visit with my dad at your Pembroke facility. Grace was a tremendous help with my dad who does not hear well nor understands technology of any sort. HEARTFELT THANKS DURING COVID-19
During this trying time for all of us, you have made a commitment to taking care of the residents, our loved ones, and in many cases, at the expense of your own families. And of course, we the families of the residents, are so focused on our loved ones, we don’t take the time to thank you for the responsibilities and duties you have each day. For me, Bridges and so many of you have become my second home, my second family, and I always look forward to not only visiting [my loved one] but seeing and visiting with you and with the other residents. As each week goes by, I realize how much I miss [my loved one] of course (a lot!) but I also very much miss each of you.
I want to send each of you my heartfelt thanks and my sincere appreciation for all the work you do. And now, especially, the care you are taking to keep this ship not only sailing smoothly in such uncertain times.
