What Our Families Say

We could fill several websites telling you about our supportive, purpose-built design, personalized life-enrichment programs, and exceptional care and services … but, while remarkable and unique, those are merely the ingredients we use to create the real magic of Bridges® – the magic that is shown on the faces of our residents and felt in the hearts of their families.

My mother has been living at Bridges in Westford for almost 8 years and I could not have made a better choice for her! The exceptional staff is what makes Bridges the perfect memory care facility! They are all enthusiastically involved in the day-to-day lives of the residents. The many activities are fun, interesting, and appropriate for those with impaired memories. The food is healthy and delicious. The facility is clean and odor-free. The nurses and aides are knowledgeable and attentive. When I visit my mother, I typically find her happily engaged in a group activity which warms my heart, and I never worry about her when I'm not there! Her life has definitely been enriched while living at Bridges in Westford!

My wife has been at Bridges for eight months. She came to Bridges after a fall and a hospital stay and rehab. When someone has dementia, it is not a one size fits all process. It takes a lot to get the best possible outcome. From day one the staff at Bridges has been exceptionally caring and compassionate. It is easy to give a five-star rating when everything goes according to expectations, but with dementia you never know what is going to happen.

To give a five-star rating after working with Bridges for eight months is a privilege that I appreciate being able to give. The Director at Bridges has been fantastic to work with and the staff is unbelievably caring and compassionate. I know this is a long review, but I cannot say enough about Bridges Westford and the EPOCH support team. Alicia Seaver has many support sessions on Zoom that are enlightening and helpful.

I have had the greatest experience with my mom's placement at Bridges in Westford. The team has developed a relationship with Mom, they know her well, and they treat her with respect. I have been very happy with the response of the administrative team to handle any issues that my mom has had (medical, social, etc.). They work with us to make sure mom feels like she is loved where she is and that she is happy. Their goal is for her to feel like Bridges is a home for her and that has been achieved.

I visit mom multiple times a week (never announced), and I have never been disappointed with what I have found when I have arrived. Mom is engaged in activities. She is encouraged to participate, but her desire to sit one out is also respected. My mother's medical condition does not render her unable to report to me about what happens to her and with her, and she has never had any complaints that warrant concern or question. I could not have asked for a better scenario given the unfortunate circumstances of my mother's health decline. She is my best friend and my hero, and our experience at Bridges has been tremendous.

Our story is probably like many others who have a loved one residing in assisted living. My Mom’s dementia became more pronounced, and we began to look into a facility that would be able to address her special needs. To say that Bridges has given her back to us is why I want to write this review.

From the very first day, Justin was there for us as we began to navigate the huge job of relocating my Mom to Bridges. And the staff that we began to meet were so professional and caring that my Mom soon began to feel like she was home again in a safe, comfortable environment. She then began to take part in the many activities that were offered and soon had much to tell us every morning when I would call her. We have been present to hear the many musical guests that Bridges schedules, and I love seeing my Mom up and dancing with the wonderful aides.

Bridges has truly brought my Mom back to us as she is now thriving and happy. I cannot thank the compassionate and competent staff enough times when I see them for all they do. I also want to give a shout out to Trish, Bridges Executive Director, who has been available to me whenever I had a question or any kind of problem, no matter the time of day. I appreciate that kind of commitment that everyone who cares for the Bridges community seems to have. My family thanks all of you who cared enough about my Mom to help her become the person she was before Covid. Her smiling face speaks volumes about the kind of care one can expect from the Bridges staff. Thank you.

We could not have chosen a better home for mom. I feel the entire staff goes way beyond just caring for your loved one; they give you peace of mind that mom is safe. I love that each resident has their own private room, allowing mom to have her own paintings, photos and familiar furniture around her. I would like to thank everyone from reception, nursing, all caregiver associates, culinary staff, Trish, Justin and Tony for making mom's last year a good experience.

I toured Bridges looking for a comfortable environment for my husband. It is a very impressive place for seniors to thrive in. There are so many activities and amenities available for your loved one. The neighborhoods are such a nice idea and the residents all looked happy relating to one another. This is a choice well made for your loved one!
