What Our Families Say

We could fill several websites telling you about our supportive, purpose-built design, personalized life-enrichment programs, and exceptional care and services … but, while remarkable and unique, those are merely the ingredients we use to create the real magic of Bridges® – the magic that is shown on the faces of our residents and felt in the hearts of their families.

THANK YOU DURING COVID-19

Thank you so very much for the personal sacrifices you are making to serve the community, and your efforts to maintain “normal” operations.  We loved the picture of my dad!!! Please do thank ALL the staff for their dedication and if there is anything I might do to help, please do not hesitate to ask.

TRULY EXCEPTIONAL

I am writing this letter in support of Bridges by Epoch at Westford. I have had the privilege of working with the amazing team at Bridges by Epoch at Westford for over a year now. I am one of the nurse interventionists working on a large 3 year multistate study out of the University of Maryland and Penn State with the goal of finding creative ways to keep older adults active in order for them to increase their strength, mobility, and independence. I can say that the Bridges team is truly the most extraordinary group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. They are smart, fun, energetic, compassionate, and completely devoted to improving the quality of life for the residents. They are genuinely tireless in their efforts to get to know each individual. They continually plan creative, fun and interesting activities that stimulate the senses, body, and mind.

Some of the many activities that residents have enjoyed include group outings, creative dancing, actively playing with trivia balls, using peddlers, imaginative and innovative exercises, and fun stretching before and after activities. They have a Healthy Living program. They have a safe and inviting indoor and outdoor space for residents to walk. Their residents are also able to walk anywhere virtually – for example, they have a large printed map of the Freedom Trail and the residents are able to wear pedometers and track their virtual progress along the Trail as they walk which has been exciting. They even have the most beautiful chickens that residents like to watch and feed. I have spent a lot of time with the Bridges residents over the past year, and they are some of the happiest and content individuals I have come to know. They really enjoy their time and quality of life each and every day. The staff continually provide each person with attention, and love to participate in activities right alongside the residents which produces endless smiles and fun. They also have extensive resources for family members.

It is always difficult to decide upon the right place for a loved one. Bridges by Epoch is a truly exceptional facility with an exceptional staff team. There is a special pulse, energy and unparalleled excitement here that you feel the moment you come through the doors. It is no wonder they are a top-rated memory care facility and have won numerous awards including the “2019 Best of – Senior Living” Award, and the “Friends of Vocational Education” Award. It is not often that I have encountered an environment like this, where I know I would definitely entrust the care of my own loved ones. It is a place I would also want to be one day when that time comes.
