Meet the Bridges® Westford Team

Abbi Laushine
Executive Director

Abbi Laushine originally joined the Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford team in May 2013, serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Her love and passion for working with seniors and those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia led her to roles in the life enrichment department. For eight years, she oversaw the activities of our community as a Life Enrichment Director.

Prior to being named Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford in 2023, she worked as Bridges Program Director for Waterstone on High Ridge, our sister community in Stamford, CT. During the community’s first year of operations, Abbi ensured that Bridges® standards of excellence in memory care were met and maintained.

Abbi is responsible for the daily operations of our memory care assisted living community. She leads our dedicated team members in carrying out the unique Bridges® approach to memory care. Her goal is to ensure that every resident enjoys a comfortable, inspiring, and wellness-focused lifestyle – every day.

Along with receiving her CNA from Middlesex Community College in Lowell, MA., she’s received multiple certifications and training, including becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner® in 2021.
