Meet the Bridges® Westford Team

Erica Labb
CDP®, Executive Director
As Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford, Erica is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the community as well as our programs, care and services.

Erica facilitates a monthly support group, presents regular education programs for the community and co-hosts a cable talk show called Bridges to Community: Connecting Seniors for Better Living.

Erica began in elder care in 1995 as a direct caregiver and then an activity assistant. Over the years, she dedicated herself to learning senior care from the ground up and became an Activities Director, Marketing Director, Program Director and finally Executive Director at a respected Alzheimer’s assisted living community before coming to Bridges® by EPOCH. Erica believes strongly in the way Bridges® marries compassion and understanding of dementia with a great business model that puts families first.

As Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH in Westford, Erica hopes to work with the entire team to carry families through a very challenging disease and find joy and meaningful engagement once again.
