Bridges® by EPOCH at Pembroke features three residential households – River Wind, Grassy Knoll and Hidden Hollow. Each has both private and companion suites and feature spacious common areas that make residents feel at home.
While select furnishings are provided, families are encouraged to bring their loved one’s favorite possessions from home.

Suite Features
Our memory care suites have been specially designed with best practices for a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Suites at Bridges® by EPOCH at Pembroke open into living areas, rather than long hallways, to help provide the comfort and familiarity of being at home. All suites feature individual climate control, automatic nightlights, and motion sensor lighting. Accent colors in the bathroom help to support our residents’ independence. For added safety, suite doors do not self-close, and each suite features safety check buttons.
