He will lead our dedicated team members in carrying out the unique Bridges® approach to memory care. His goal is to ensure that every resident enjoys a comfortable, inspiring and wellness-focused lifestyle – every day.
With over a decade in senior living, he has served in roles from Memory Care Operations Director to Executive Director for a range of senior living providers. With this experience and insight, Fred will successfully lead the team in delivering exceptional memory care services to area seniors.
“While being an Executive Director isn’t something that’s new to me, the people, team and needs of others vary greatly. I can’t wait to jump in and get to know each of our residents and families more personally while guiding our team in providing the highest level of care possible,” he says.
Fred earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, a Master’s in Social Work at Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Ithaca College. He is also a Licensed Master of Social Work, Certified Dementia Practitioner® and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
