Community Features

Inside, Bridges® by EPOCH communities are divided into residential households with common spaces that look and feel like home. Peaceful, easy-to-navigate environments invite residents with memory loss to participate in community life with confidence.

Offering an abundance of natural light, soft colors and directional cues to reduce confusion, our purposefully designed households truly provide a warm atmosphere where residents feel safe and calm. Each household features a welcoming, family atmosphere complete with a living room, a peaceful library for reading or quiet games, a dining area and an open, homestyle kitchen that allows residents to see – and be part of – the cooking process when appropriate.

A dedicated community room is the perfect place for residents to gather to enjoy art therapy, live entertainment, iN2L programs, family gatherings and more.

Courtyard Amenities

Outside, residents enjoy a safe haven in a fully enclosed, secure courtyard. Residents can take a stroll on the walking paths or enjoy a fitness class or activity in the open space. Comfortable patio seating invites residents to socialize with friends or simply watch the birds at the feeders and baths.

The courtyard also features beautiful sensory gardens and raised planter boxes. Residents have a wonderful time planting, tending and harvesting the gardens. Best of all, our chefs utilize the vegetables and herbs in expertly prepared dishes.
