What Our Families Say

We could fill several websites telling you about our supportive, purpose-built design, personalized life-enrichment programs, and exceptional care and services … but, while remarkable and unique, those are merely the ingredients we use to create the real magic of Bridges® – the magic that is shown on the faces of our residents and felt in the hearts of their families.

Just want to say "Thank you" for all that you did to make the Bridges an enjoyable experience for my mom. It is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so very, very much for the amazing care you provided to my Aunt Gloria each and every day over the past four years. Your tireless care and your endless compassion made a difference in her life and it was truly remarkable. You made a huge difference in our lives as the family of one of your residents. Knowing that you are all there - giving your best to Gloria everyday when we could not be - takes an enormous worry off our minds. Our hearts are filled with gratitude for you all.

Bridges Westford has been a true godsend for my Mom and our family. If you are reading these reviews there is a likelihood that you may be experiencing firsthand what my family went through as Mom's disease progressed. Our heart goes out to you. It can be a lonely and exhausting experience for both your loved one and the primary caregivers (in our case my Dad and sister) as they struggle to cope with the basics of day-to-day life. Mom came to Bridges about 6 months after a fall and broken hip set her back beyond our ability to care for her at home.

Since that time, Bridges has become home for Mom and an incredible support system for our family. The entire staff is compassionate and attentive to the needs of not only the resident but the caregivers' needs and their concerns as well. Communication is timely and open. Daily activities are wonderfully thought out and implemented. The food is excellent and my Dad and sister often share lunch with Mom and the other residents. Mom enjoys the fresh air in the courtyard and she gets her hair done every couple of weeks with a caring and compassionate on-site hairdresser. It is never easy to move into this phase of life, but thankfully we have Bridges Westford and we are no longer alone. Mom is nearby, safe, well cared for, and part of a community. For that, we are genuinely grateful to everyone at Bridges.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did to help me get my uncle into Bridges. I am so grateful for you and all your help and am so happy we chose Bridges.

No place is going to be perfect, but this is absolutely the best memory care facility I have found in the area. They are a memory care only facility, which makes the difference. The food is wonderful. They also always have snacks and beverages available at all times.

Communication with the family is very good. Med rounds are handled very well. They're organized and the nurse does a fantastic job. She's good about letting me know when over the counter items are getting low.

They have a really good variety of activities. They have at least 2 a day and have performers come in frequently. Mom is so happy and active here. When she was home, she mostly chose to be bed ridden and wasn't hardly active at all. She's thriving here! They're also pet friendly, so I bring her dog with me when I visit and she loves that. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you for being with my mom all this time. I was terribly worried about what her life was going to be like before we found Bridges. I know that you all made things so much better for her than we were able to do on our own. I appreciate all that you and your staff did to make her feel at home and cared for.
