BEYOND ANYTHING WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED
If you are NOT considering having your loved one move into Bridges, Pembroke, PLEASE read on! Our mom moved there in the middle of January 2025. She was very ill and deconditioned from a hospital stay. Due to the dedication and passion of the ENTIRE Bridges family, she was able to rally and is now able to enjoy the many amenities here. She continuously praises all the staff, from the management team, the wonderful caretakers, the nursing department, the hospice and culinary department, to the front desk, who always greets her as she passes. She has commented on the cleanliness and entertainment! To quote Mom, ” they treat me royally “. Please consider Bridges Pembroke for your loved one. The team is so passionate and always willing to do whatever is needed and more, and always with a smile!

GREAT QUALITY OF LIFE
I tried to take care of my dad when he first developed dementia. He wanted to stay at home, but it became too unsafe for him. He first tried assisted living at a different facility, but he actually got worse there since what he really needed was specialized memory care. After moving into Bridges, he seems so much more alert and also so happy. They keep him physically and mentally active, and it has made a huge difference! And while his dementia is still slowly progressing, the quality of life is great. I am so happy with Bridges, and so happy that my dad is getting such good care.

Bridges Lexington provides a high level of safety, comfort, and well-being for our loved one, who requires their highest level of service. Management is exceptionally caring, listening, and responsive–always seeking to improve the experience, always accessible, and wonderful. There are many talented, dedicated and caring staff (strongly encouraged by Management, and by exceptional staff leaders).
The community is modern and immaculate, with great activity and entertainment programs every day. The network of in-house/onsite services is excellent (e.g. PT/OT/ST; visiting NP-PCPs; Spa; Dental; Footcare and more); all of them coordinate well with the staff and the in-house Wellness Director (a real plus). Family and other visitors are welcome and encouraged to visit anytime. Input is always welcomed.
Overall, this exceptional community accepts responsibility and provides tailored comfort and well-being, not only for the resident, but for the family– thus improving many lives. It has our thanks, and strongest recommendation!
