What Our Families Say

We could fill several websites telling you about our supportive, purpose-built design, personalized life-enrichment programs, and exceptional care and services … but, while remarkable and unique, those are merely the ingredients we use to create the real magic of Bridges® – the magic that is shown on the faces of our residents and felt in the hearts of their families.

I just wanted to thank you and the staff for allowing the special visit to be made for Bev’s birthday on Sunday. As a family, it was so wonderful to be able to gather together to celebrate her birthday – it’s unbelievable how much you can miss stuff like that. And I want to give a shout out to Irene and Grace for really thinking of everything to make the visit so much more than we expected. You must hear all the time how wonderful those two are. I’ve honestly never seen them without a huge smile on their faces, and I know they regularly go above and beyond to make the residents’ lives better on a daily basis. But they both do so much for the families as well, and that really came through for us on Sunday.

Let me start by thanking you and the entire staff at Bridges for your caring and compassionate care of mom.  I have told many, many family members and friends that we could not have found a better “home” for mom.

Your care of mom enabled my family and me to sleep better at night and, as mom would have wanted, to continue living our lives. The care mom and our aunt had received was excellent. From the maintenance staff, kitchen, aides, social programs, administrators, and nursing, we felt that you were mindful of mom’s best interests and treated her with dignity and respect.  Thank you so much.

Mom loved it there for the last 3 years. She loved the activities that kept her busy, socialized and engaged. Very clean safe and peaceful. Beautiful gardens. Upscale decor. The employees genuinely care for the residents. Great food. #kudos

Thank you for the wonderful support you and the staff gave Jim and I for the wedding Zoom visit. Jim told his friend Bruce he was so happy he cried. It was such a great joy to see two beautiful people, our much loved only daughter and her dear friend share the sacrament of marriage.

Please accept our applause for your diligent labors to lead the Bridges team in caring for our beloved Dad.

Sometimes I just need some validation, and I’m excited about the resources you offer since I could really use the support. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness.

My father-in-law is in Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua and it's fantastic. It's amazing and they're on the ball. They know how to talk to people with dementia. They've been wonderful to work with. The dining area is very open, and you have two choices per meal, and snacks whenever they want. He seems very happy. He's got a lot of friends and he loves talking about his cars. They called me to do occupational therapy for him. They want him to move, so that's something that's in the works, which is good.
