We truly cannot praise Bridges enough. Deciding what to do when a loved one faces a difficult situation is a complex and intimidating journey; the team from Bridges genuinely made the process much simpler. From beginning to end, they guided us through the steps and relieved a great deal of the stress during a very challenging time. The entire facility is thoughtfully designed, with staff who understand the challenges their residents face and know how to support them smoothly. Every aspect of daily life is carefully planned to subtly help residents manage their personal issues.
The team is compassionate, attentive, and caring. Residents are well looked after, their individual quirks respected, and they feel at ease. Bridges makes it straightforward by opening its doors to families (with a key fob, of course), making it easy to visit your loved ones. We’re encouraged to participate in activities, meals, and outings. The staff are available day and night for calls to check in and keep us informed about anything we might have missed or any small details. We honestly feel so fortunate to have discovered Bridges and are reassured that our loved one is safe, adored, and challenged to participate.

Kudos to the entire team at Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee Having to make a decision quickly to move mom, the team helped orient us to this facility (and addressed the many questions we had) and also supported our family on mom’s journey into this facility.
I can’t say enough about the activities offered which keeps Mom engaged (e.g. movies, art work, walking, etc.). Bridges allows family to join the residents at meals. As a vegan/plant-based eater, I was amazed that the culinary team could accommodate my preference. I love seeing mom’s face light up as we come join her for meals. Being focused on memory care clients, this facility has been a great fit for my mom. My mother has been a resident at Bridges by EPOCH in Hingham for over two years. The level of care she receives has consistently been excellent. In addition to their high standard of care, the staff maintain strong communication with our family, enabling us to support my mother’s well-being effectively. The team has established a substantial level of trust with both myself and my family. The concierge and front desk personnel are also noteworthy for their effectiveness and hospitality. They coordinate medical, social, and administrative tasks efficiently, allowing families to remain informed and organized regarding our responsibilities. Their efforts ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Both the dining services and facilities receive commendation. Meals are nutritious and flavorful, special dietary requests are handled capably, and the premises are maintained to an exemplary standard of cleanliness and modernity. The food service and facilities staff interact positively with residents, frequently addressing them by name and taking the time to engage personally.
Lastly, the Bridges Executive Team demonstrates exceptional leadership. Having had good experiences with other assisted living communities, I can attest that the quality of management at Bridges greatly exceeds expectations. The leadership team has successfully built and retained a highly competent and empathetic staff, implemented an effective care model, and maintains transparent and regular communication with families. They are consistently approachable, responsive to concerns or inquiries, and well-informed about my mother’s health needs.
