I am writing in appreciation for the excellent care your staff has consistently provided to my clients. The residents with whom I work are extremely complicated and challenging. Many were doing quite poorly in their prior facilities and/or presented unusual behaviors and circumstances. At Bridges by Epoch, these same clients and families have not only achieved behavioral regulation, but, a sense of safety and of comfort. This is not merely due to my work nor pharmacologic intervention. Families have felt heard, valued, supported and relieved in knowing their loved ones were and are receiving comprehensive, empathic care.
The Wellness Director, your nurses and aides have consistently demonstrated not only skill, but also a solid determination to understand each resident, each family and their needs. Their level of concern and interest are impressive. They all remain invested, empathic and insightful. Concerns, clinical questions and a willingness to review care plans are also impressive. Report on my clients is always up to date, comprehensive and hallmarked by a desire to refine care measures and individualize ways of interacting.
