Many people with dementia experience wandering, often due to confusion, anxiety, or an unmet need. Without intervention, wandering can lead to dangerous situations as your loved one risks falls or injury in unsafe environments.

By recognizing the causes, caregivers can implement practical solutions to ensure their loved one’s safety at home and in public.

We’re here to help. Your loved one with memory loss is welcome to enjoy an activity with our life enrichment team while you attend the educational session at our community in Pembroke.
