The Bridges by EPOCH family continues to expand! We’re excited to announce that EPOCH Senior Living, in partnership with National Development, recently broke ground on Bridges by EPOCH at Pembroke and Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk, two new memory care communities in Pembroke, MA and Norwalk, CT.
Bridges by EPOCH at Pembroke broke ground on Oct. 25 and is slated to open in the fall of 2017 on the former River Wind Farm site. The community will include 48 memory care suites and is designed for individuals living with all stages of memory impairment. A Welcome Center for the community is now open at 146 Church St.
Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk broke ground on Oct. 26 and is slated to open in the fall of 2017. The community will include 64 memory care suites and is designed for individuals living with all stages of memory impairment. A Welcome Center for the community is now open at 595 Connecticut Ave.
Both communities will offer personalized care founded on the latest research to promote activity, engagement and fulfillment among residents.
