At Bridges® by EPOCH, we’re committed to constantly redefining the memory care assisted living experience. That’s why we’re happy to announce that Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford recently opened a Zen Garden Spa for the use of Bridges® by EPOCH residents, families and staff.
The community teamed up with Chelmsford Wellness Center to offer chair or full body massage and Reiki services. The spa is an opportunity to relieve stress while taking a holistic approach to caring for yourself, whether you’re a caregiver, a resident living with memory loss or part of our care staff.
For caregivers, a massage is the perfect time to unwind and relax, while individuals living with memory loss can find the practice to be deeply therapeutic as well.
If you’re a family member of a loved one at Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford, look out for monthly scheduled dates and offerings at our community or sign up at our front desk.
The pricing for the services are:
Full Body: $55/hr, $30 ½ hr
Chair: $55/hr, $30 ½ hr
Reiki: $55/hr, $30 ½ hr
