Kristine Callahan joined EPOCH Senior Living in 2014, offering support to our Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford team before being named the inaugural director of community relations at Bridges® by EPOCH at Mashpee.
She has been a driving force at Bridges® by EPOCH ever since and was recently named the senior director of new development at EPOCH Senior Living and Bridges® by EPOCH, a role in which she can use her marketing expertise to support our communities in their outreach to local seniors, their families and other senior care professionals. As senior director of new development, Kristine will help to develop strategic plans for the future development of EPOCH Senior Living as the company expands its award-winning Bridges® by EPOCH memory care program in collaboration with National Development.

Kristine has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, and has worked in senior living for nearly a decade. Prior to joining EPOCH, she served as the director of business development for a national senior services company where she led the creation of a strategic marketing campaign and worked closely with seniors and their families to help them transition to new home settings.
As director of community relations at Bridges® by EPOCH at Mashpee, Kristine conducted outreach to seniors and their families to help them in their transition to memory care assisted living. Working tirelessly as a reliable resource, Kristine has built strong relationships throughout Mashpee and Cape Cod with families, caregivers and senior care professionals.
At Bridges® by EPOCH at Mashpee, Kristine is a favorite “go-to person” with residents and their families because she has taken the time to build a trusted relationship with each and every one of them, and prides herself on being their “expert resource on speed dial!”
Kristine also believes in the importance of emphasizing Bridges by EPOCH’s services to the greater public and has worked to promote the free educational sessions and support groups for caregivers that the community hosts each month. Bolstered by Kristine’s outreach, the sessions have been incredibly popular, helping area caregivers know that they have a free resource if, and when, they need it.
“It’s been wonderful serving as Bridges® by EPOCH at Mashpee’s community relations director,” Kristine said. “I look forward to pursuing this new opportunity with EPOCH while remaining in Mashpee, which is truly a wonderful town.”
