At our new Bridges community in Westford, we are excited to welcome Gerry Labourene as executive director. Gerry will make a great addition to our Bridges staff and a great leader for our community. He has 44 years of experience in administration for senior living communities, including 14 years’ experience in memory care.
Gerry first joined the EPOCH Senior Living team in 2004 as the administrator at EPOCH of Weston, a skilled nursing and rehab center with memory care. At Weston, Gerry helped the community establish a reputation for exceptional care and customer service by fostering relationships with residents, families and staff built on trust.
Most recently, Gerry served as executive director of Charlesbank Home Care, a Medicare-certified home health agency that provides skilled services in patients’ homes. Gerry’s expertise will help him make a seamless transition to executive director of Bridges by EPOCH at Westford. We look forward to working with Gerry to build a strong community and offer exceptional care.
