EXCELLENT CARE DURING COVID-19
We thank you for the excellent care you are providing all your residents through this unprecedented and difficult time. I live in Pennsylvania and talk to my mother each evening. I’ve had the honor of speaking to several aides and am so impressed with their dedication and knowledge. I thank each of them profusely for the work they do.
Bridges leadership and the entire staff are sensitive to the impact of any change in the normal routine. Even with all the stress that this virus and all the restrictions pose, delicious meals are served each day and interesting activities are enjoyed – Bingo being a favorite. This crisis has really shown that Bridges leadership and staff are the best!!

HEARTFELT THANKS DURING COVID-19
During this trying time for all of us, you have made a commitment to taking care of the residents, our loved ones, and in many cases, at the expense of your own families. And of course, we the families of the residents, are so focused on our loved ones, we don’t take the time to thank you for the responsibilities and duties you have each day. For me, Bridges and so many of you have become my second home, my second family, and I always look forward to not only visiting [my loved one] but seeing and visiting with you and with the other residents. As each week goes by, I realize how much I miss [my loved one] of course (a lot!) but I also very much miss each of you.
I want to send each of you my heartfelt thanks and my sincere appreciation for all the work you do. And now, especially, the care you are taking to keep this ship not only sailing smoothly in such uncertain times.
