Essential Care Program
With the Essential Care program at Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford, residents receive expert memory care delivered by a team of compassionate, specially trained professionals.

Enriched Care Program
Our Enriched Care program provides additional services for those residents whose care needs surpass the scope of support for our Essential Care program.
With added support, these residents can age in place comfortably and safely, even through the later stages of Alzheimer’s disease, giving families added peace of mind.
