One Exceptional Community

For All Stages of Memory Loss

Our dedicated care teams consistently and expertly care for the needs of our residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of memory loss, enabling them to age in place in a comfortable environment with familiar people who know and care about them.

Each resident’s journey with dementia is unique, with different progression rates, symptom sensitivities, and cognitive and physical challenges. As a result, care needs can vary and, for some, change over time. At Bridges® by EPOCH at Westwood, we offer two care plans – available for a predictable, all-inclusive rate – that allow residents to age in place, giving families confidence for the future.

How can we help?

  • Diverse and meaningful life-enrichment programming
  • Three delicious, nutritious meals daily, served family style
  • Healthy and delicious snacks any time
  • Assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, etc.

Enriched Care Program

If residents’ care needs change as dementia progresses and they require levels of care and physical support beyond the support of Essential Care, our Enriched Care program provides additional services allowing the resident to age in place.

With the added support, residents can live safer, healthier and more comfortable lives, even in the latest stages of Alzheimer’s disease, surrounded by familiar people who know and care about them.
