One Exceptional Community

For All Stages of Memory Loss

Our dedicated care teams consistently and expertly care for the needs of our residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of memory loss, enabling them to age in place in a comfortable environment with familiar people who know and care about them.

Each resident’s journey with dementia is unique, with different progression rates, symptom sensitivities, and cognitive and physical challenges. As a result, care needs can vary and, for some, change over time. At Bridges® by EPOCH at Westwood, we offer two care plans – available for a predictable rate – that allow residents to age in place, giving families confidence for the future.
