The experience of placing a loved one in a memory care facility is possibly one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do in my life. I found the staff at Bridge in Pembroke, embraced my wife with an exceptional level of love, and caring. She became family to them immediately. They also showed genuine concern for my well being, knowing full well that the entire family is profoundly affected by placing a family member in someone else’s care. I will be eternally grateful to them. They will forever have a special place in my heart.

I’ve had the good fortune to get to know so many of the Bridges Pembroke team over the four years Mom has been with them. Across the board they have been amazing. I’m so thankful she has such a caring team around her. I recently had a vacation planned and when I explained to the team that I’d be unable to visit for a few weeks, they simply said, “Enjoy your trip. We’ve got Mom.” And they always do.
