Bridges® by EPOCH partners with McLean, a nationally recognized teaching and research hospital with a charitable mission to improve patient care. Through this partnership, our caregiver teams receive ongoing geriatric mental health education to promote a safe and engaging environment for our residents.
All of our Bridges® residents have access to 24/7 telehealth services through Tembo Health. This lets residents attend virtual appointments as needed without leaving the community.
