ABOVE AND BEYOND
I just wanted to thank you and the staff for allowing the special visit to be made for Bev’s birthday on Sunday. As a family, it was so wonderful to be able to gather together to celebrate her birthday – it’s unbelievable how much you can miss stuff like that. And I want to give a shout out to Irene and Grace for really thinking of everything to make the visit so much more than we expected. You must hear all the time how wonderful those two are. I’ve honestly never seen them without a huge smile on their faces, and I know they regularly go above and beyond to make the residents’ lives better on a daily basis. But they both do so much for the families as well, and that really came through for us on Sunday.
