As Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk, Terry oversees all aspects of our community. This not only includes our amenities, activities and care, but it also ensures that our residents are provided with a safe, secure and comfortable environment where they can thrive and enjoy their lives.
Terry is well known for her successful leadership skills in business development and states that she loves to create opportunities for success while integrating with or creating teams in order to reach and exceed measurable targets. This attitude not only makes her an extremely valuable asset to our Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk team, but it also inspires everyone who works with her to not only meet – but exceed the needs and expectations of those they care for every day.
Terry has over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry. She has held positions ranging from administrator to consultant to executive director, each giving her a wide-range of experience that makes her a well-rounded asset to our community.
She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and Management.

Christy has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior living industry. In her work experience, she has held roles such as marketing director, marketing manager and marketing associate. At Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk, Christy consistently demonstrates her skills of increasing and maintaining occupancy, developing marketing plans and fostering relationships, proving herself a vital member of our Bridges® by EPOCH team.
Christy has earned her Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University and further expanded her educational experience by obtaining her Master of Professional Studies in Media Administration from Syracuse University. Christy serves as a Committee Member for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s® and was nominated as a Women’s Champion in 2016 with the Alzheimer’s Association® Connecticut Chapter.
- Alicia Seaver, Vice President of Memory Care Operations
As Vice President of Memory Care Operations, Alicia is responsible for the operations of Bridges® by EPOCH memory care assisted living communities under the direction of EPOCH Senior Living's Chief Operating Officer, Joanna Cormac-Burt. Formerly the Director of Memory Care for Bridges® by EPOCH, Alicia also serves as an educator and trainer for both our families and our staff, as well as an expert resource for all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. In her position, she is focused on maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care in all Bridges® by EPOCH communities.
With more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, Alicia is certified by the National Institute on Aging as a Memory Impairment Specialist and is state certified in Massachusetts and Florida as an Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Trainer. Her extensive skill set, combined with her depth of knowledge of memory care and forms of dementias, allows Alicia to effectively provide invaluable information not only to Bridges® by EPOCH families, but also to the greater community.
Alicia is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Prior to joining the Bridges® by EPOCH team in her most recent role as the Executive Director of our flagship community in Hingham, where she earned the honor of being named Executive Director of the Year by Mass-ALFA, Alicia also held various positions at senior living communities in Florida and Massachusetts. Alicia is proud to be part of an organization that is as dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to seniors as she is, and she feels lucky to be in a position where she can educate families on how to make a difference in the quality of life of their loved ones with memory challenges on a daily basis.
