- Addie Ricci, Executive Director
Addie has more than 10 years of senior living experience, two of them as our community’s first Community Relations Director! As such, Addie was instrumental in bringing the Bridges® culture and philosophy of personalized memory care and programming to Norwalk-area seniors and their families when we opened in 2017.
Now as Executive Director, Addie is responsible for managing the overall operations of the community and leading our team to deliver the highest quality of care, hospitality, services and life-enriching programs with respect and compassion for the people we serve.
“I’ve been at Bridges at Norwalk since the beginning, and it’s been an extremely rewarding journey, both professionally and personally,” says Addie. “I’m proud to provide seniors with memory loss a safe, happy, comfortable home where they feel loved, can be themselves and experience more joy in their daily lives.”
Addie earned her BS in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and her MPA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of New Haven.
- Christy Perone, Community Relations Director
Christy has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior living industry. In her work experience, she has held roles such as marketing director, marketing manager and marketing associate. At Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk, Christy consistently demonstrates her skills of increasing and maintaining occupancy, developing marketing plans and fostering relationships, proving herself a vital member of our Bridges® by EPOCH team.
Christy has earned her Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University and further expanded her educational experience by obtaining her Master of Professional Studies in Media Administration from Syracuse University. Christy serves as a Committee Member for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s® and was nominated as a Women’s Champion in 2016 with the Alzheimer’s Association® Connecticut Chapter.
- Jeanie Ricci, Community Relations Director
As Community Relations Director at Bridges® by EPOCH at Norwalk, Jeanie enjoys making the journey to memory care assisted living a positive, less stressful experience for seniors and their families.
At an early age, Jeanie saw how her own loved one’s dementia diagnosis affected family members. With her experience as sales and marketing directors for senior living and care communities in New York and Connecticut, as well as her personal understanding of families’ needs and challenges, Jeanie excels at helping families find the appropriate resources and solutions for successful transitions to community life.

Jeanie earned her BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing and graduated with outstanding honors from CW Post – Long Island University.
- Alicia Seaver, Vice President of Memory Care Operations
As Vice President of Memory Care Operations, Alicia is responsible for the operations of Bridges® by EPOCH memory care assisted living communities under the direction of EPOCH Senior Living's Chief Operating Officer, Joanna Cormac-Burt. Alicia also serves as an educator and trainer for both our families and our staff, as well as an expert resource for all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. In her position, she is focused on maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care in all Bridges® by EPOCH communities.
With more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, Alicia is certified by the National Institute on Aging as a Memory Impairment Specialist and is state certified in Massachusetts and Florida as an Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Trainer. Her extensive skill set, combined with her depth of knowledge of memory care and forms of dementias, allows Alicia to effectively provide invaluable information not only to Bridges® by EPOCH families, but also to the greater community.
Alicia is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Her career with EPOCH Senior Living began as the Executive Director of our Bridges® by EPOCH flagship community in Hingham, where she earned the honor of being named Executive Director of the Year by Mass-ALFA. Prior to this, Alicia held various positions at senior living communities in Florida and Massachusetts. Alicia is proud to be part of an organization that is as dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to seniors as she is, and she feels fortunate to be in a position where she can educate families on how to make a difference in the quality of life of their loved ones with memory challenges.
