Designed for Outdoor Living
Research shows that fresh air and sunshine are good for us – and it’s particularly true for those with cognitive decline. At Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford, our memory care assisted living offers a wonderful opportunity for outdoor living with our secure, fully enclosed courtyard.
Residents can watch wildlife, take a stroll on the landscaped paths, help to fill the bird feeders or simply enjoy the warmth of the sunshine while relaxing on the patio. Raised planter boxes provide residents with the ability to plant and tend the garden. Plus, our chefs are able to use what the residents grow as they creatively prepare delicious and nutritious meals.
