Meet the Bridges® Norwalk Team

Addie Ricci
Executive Director
Addie has more than 10 years of senior living experience, two of them as our community’s first Community Relations Director! Now as Executive Director, Addie is responsible for managing the overall operations of the community and leading our team to deliver the highest quality of care, hospitality, services and life-enriching programs with respect and compassion for the people we serve.

“I’ve been at Bridges at Norwalk since the beginning, and it’s been an extremely rewarding journey, both professionally and personally,” says Addie. “I’m proud to provide seniors with memory loss a safe, happy, comfortable home where they feel loved, can be themselves and experience more joy in their daily lives.”

Addie earned her BS in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and her MPA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of New Haven.
