This is not merely due to my work nor pharmacologic intervention. The Wellness Director, your nurses and aides have consistently demonstrated not only skill, but also a solid determination to understand each resident, each family and their needs. Their level of concern and interest are impressive. They all remain invested, empathic and insightful. Concerns, clinical questions and a willingness to review care plans are also impressive. Report on my clients is always up to date, comprehensive and hallmarked by a desire to refine care measures and individualize ways of interacting.
