One Exceptional Community

For All Stages of Memory Loss

Bridges® by EPOCH at Sudbury’s dedicated care teams consistently and expertly care for the needs of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss, enabling them to age in place in a familiar environment with people who know and care about them.

We know that every resident’s journey with dementia is different – with varying progression rates, symptom sensitivities, and cognitive and physical challenges. Because care needs can vary and change over time, Bridges® offers two care plans – both for a predictable, all-inclusive rate – that give families confidence for the future.

How can we help?
