Please know that I am in awe of what Epoch and you have done to create such a wonderful place for people with dementia and their families. There is no way I could have survived the last three months without the help of you and your staff. In December and January, I looked at five facility including yours. None compared. Not even close. You and your staff delivered on what you, Dawn, and Cindy G had described. That is rare these days. I am so sorry that such a good place with such good people are having to go through such a difficult time.

I’ve chosen Bridges by EPOCH for my mother. I worked intensively with them. I was there even before they’d opened up. I think they’re excellent. They know what you’re dealing with, they have webinars, and cafés. They work intensively with their patients and families. The food is excellent. It’s a private room, they have a full bath with it, and it has three large windows.
