Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford is divided into three secure households – The Nashoba, The Concord and The Sudbury – each featuring comfortable common spaces that provide a warm feeling of home. Our community offers beautifully designed private and companion suites – all with private bedrooms.
While select furnishings are provided, we encourage families to bring their loved one’s favorite items, photographs and decorations to enhance feelings of comfort and familiarity.

Suite Features
Our memory care suites have been specially designed with best practices in memory care for a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Suites open into welcoming living spaces – instead of long hallways – to create a sense of home. To promote residents’ autonomy, bathrooms feature motion sensor lighting and accent colors for easy navigation. All suites offer individual climate control and automatic nightlights. For added peace of mind, suites have safety check buttons, and suite doors do not self-close.
