One Exceptional Community
for All Stages of Memory Loss
Every person’s journey with dementia is unique, with different progression rates, symptom sensitivities, and physical and cognitive challenges. This means that care needs vary, and for some, change over time. Bridges® by EPOCH at Nashua provides two care plans – both for a predictable, all-inclusive rate – enabling residents with memory loss to age in place.
The specially trained team at Bridges® can consistently and expertly care for the needs of those in early stages of Alzheimer’s to even the latest stages. With resident health and safety as our top priority, we deliver specialized care around the clock, on-site licensed nursing and engaging activities created by a dedicated life enrichment team.

Bridges Moments
My Dad spent close to eight months at Bridges and we are so thankful for all the care he received. We really appreciate all the special efforts that the community went through to keep patients and families connected during these long Covid months. Thank you! Thank you!
