- Fred Kelly, Executive Director
As the Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington, Fred will be responsible for the daily operations of our community. He will lead our dedicated team members in carrying out the unique Bridges® approach to memory care. His goal is to ensure that every resident enjoys a comfortable, inspiring and wellness-focused lifestyle – every day.
With over a decade in senior living, he has served in roles from Memory Care Operations Director to Executive Director for a range of senior living providers. With this experience and insight, Fred will successfully lead the team in delivering exceptional memory care services to area seniors.
“While being an Executive Director isn’t something that’s new to me, the people, team and needs of others vary greatly. I can’t wait to jump in and get to know each of our residents and families more personally while guiding our team in providing the highest level of care possible,” he says.
Fred earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, a Master’s in Social Work at Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Ithaca College. He is also a Licensed Master of Social Work, Certified Dementia Practitioner® and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
- Renée Berard, Senior Advisor
Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington welcomes Renée Berard to our caring team of professionals. With a vast experience in Senior Living, Renée will use her knowledge and insight to build relationships with seniors and families, ensuring they have access to the education, support and resources they need, while connecting with area professionals and local organizations to share the benefits of the Bridges® lifestyle.
Renée has a deep passion for serving seniors and their families. With over five years of experience with various senior living communities holding roles from Director of Sales & Marketing to Associate Executive Director, she is well-versed in not only generating leads and building professional networks, but bonding with families, prospects, referrals and team members to create an exceptional standard of care.
According to Renée, her goal is to share the remarkable lifestyle that awaits those who are interested in Bridges® by EPOCH at Lexington. “I love to build strong and meaningful relationships, whether with those I serve or the community leaders and organizations I connect with,” she says. “To me, it’s all about ensuring seniors and families are receiving the best care, support and information while helping to lead them to peace of mind and the perfect place to call home.”
Renée earned a Bachelor of Arts in Writing, Literature and Publishing from Emerson College.
- Alicia Seaver, Vice President of Memory Care Operations
As Vice President of Memory Care Operations, Alicia is responsible for the operations of Bridges® by EPOCH memory care assisted living communities under the direction of EPOCH Senior Living's Chief Operating Officer, Joanna Cormac-Burt. Alicia also serves as an educator and trainer for both our families and our staff, as well as an expert resource for all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. In her position, she is focused on maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care in all Bridges® by EPOCH communities.
With more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, Alicia is certified by the National Institute on Aging as a Memory Impairment Specialist and is state certified in Massachusetts and Florida as an Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Trainer. Her extensive skill set, combined with her depth of knowledge of memory care and forms of dementias, allows Alicia to effectively provide invaluable information not only to Bridges® by EPOCH families, but also to the greater community.
Alicia is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Her career with EPOCH Senior Living began as the Executive Director of our Bridges® by EPOCH flagship community in Hingham, where she earned the honor of being named Executive Director of the Year by Mass-ALFA. Prior to this, Alicia held various positions at senior living communities in Florida and Massachusetts. Alicia is proud to be part of an organization that is as dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to seniors as she is, and she feels fortunate to be in a position where she can educate families on how to make a difference in the quality of life of their loved ones with memory challenges.
