Meet the Bridges® Hingham Team
As the Executive Director of Bridges® by EPOCH at Hingham, Kevin is responsible for the daily operations of the community. He leads our dedicated team members in carrying out the unique Bridges® approach to memory care.
His goal is to ensure that every resident enjoys a comfortable, inspiring and wellness-focused lifestyle.
Kevin listens to and understands the needs of the seniors and families we serve and is committed to ensuring an exceptional experience for our residents. His dynamic leadership inspires the entire Bridges® team to go above and beyond for our residents – every day.
Kevin has devoted his entire 30-year career to improving the lives of seniors, children, and families in need. Prior to joining the Bridges® by EPOCH team, he served as the Executive Director of Waterstone at the Circle, an EPOCH Senior Living sister community, for almost three years.
Kevin is an experienced case manager, clinical coordinator and program manager who previously served as State Director of Residential Resources of the Empire State, Inc. and Executive Director and CEO of an independent living community in upstate New York. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Associate of Science in Individual Studies from SUNY Plattsburgh and SUNY Canton, respectively.
As a Senior Advisor, Amanda guides, educates and assists area families looking for support in their caregiving journeys. She also builds relationships with local senior services professionals seeking specialized memory care solutions for their clients’ long-term needs.
With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Amanda has significantly contributed to several senior living communities throughout California. Beginning her career in Massachusetts, she relocated to California a year into her journey as a Social Worker.
Amanda has a proven track record of quickly understanding the unique culture and needs of each community she has been involved with. Amanda has been a critical contributor to the successful opening of two new communities, has a wealth of experience in the senior living industry, and has consistently demonstrated her dedication to quality care.
Her expertise and commitment to helping those in need of senior living services and their loved ones navigate their journeys make Amanda a valuable asset to Bridges® by EPOCH at Hingham.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
As Community Liaison, Grace helps connect local families, senior services professionals and healthcare providers with Bridges® by EPOCH’s education programs, support and other resources needed to best care for those with dementia.
She provides support to our Hingham, Mashpee, Pembroke and Westwood communities. Grace is a Certified Dementia Practitioner®, Brass Ring Dementia Practitioner certified by the National Institute for Dementia Education, and a well-known advocate for area seniors living with dementia, having worked closely with South Shore healthcare providers, senior centers and other senior services organizations for over 15 years. She is also an active volunteer in local dementia research, education and care organizations, including the South Shore Alzheimer’s Partnership; Walk to End Alzheimer’s®; Honoring Choices Massachusetts; Dementia Friends Massachusetts; and Second Wind Dreams® Virtual Dementia Tour®.
Alicia provides memory care education, training and guidance for Bridges® by EPOCH team members, families, fellow professionals, and the greater community.
Alicia is a Memory Impairment Specialist certified by the National Institute on Aging and serves as an expert educator and trainer across Bridges® by EPOCH communities. She has more than 25 years of experience in the senior living industry, including her role as Executive Director of the flagship Bridges® by EPOCH community in Hingham, for which she was named Mass-ALFA Executive Director of the Year.
With her extensive experience and deep understanding of various forms of dementia, Alicia supports Bridges® teams in maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care across all Bridges® communities, helping make a difference in the quality of life for those living with memory challenges.
Michael is responsible for managing and coordinating the clinical outcomes, policies and procedures for all EPOCH Senior Living communities.
Michael is a veteran in the field of senior living, having worked in various leadership roles for the last 15 years.
Prior to joining the EPOCH Senior Living team, Michael served in several senior living management roles where he was responsible for multistate regulatory compliance, quality management techniques, and resident safety for senior living communities in New England, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
