Please know that I am in awe of what Epoch and you have done to create such a wonderful place for people with dementia and their families. There is no way I could have survived the last three months without the help of you and your staff. In December and January, I looked at five facility including yours. None compared. Not even close. You and your staff delivered on what you, Dawn, and Cindy G had described. That is rare these days. I am so sorry that such a good place with such good people are having to go through such a difficult time.
