Alicia C. SeaverMeet Bridges® by EPOCH at Hingham’s Executive Director

As Executive Director at Bridges® by EPOCH at Hingham, Alicia C. Seaver will be responsible for directing the daily operations of the community. Her extensive skill set, combined with her enthusiasm and ability to build strong relationships with her clients, will allow Alicia to successfully create a caring and engaging environment that will enhance the quality of life for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss. 

Joyce SimardJoyce Simard was instrumental in helping develop Bridges® by EPOCH communities and the programming offered within. Joyce will continue to be a valued partner in all efforts to enhance quality of life for those with Alzheimer’s disease.

Joyce received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Minnesota and has recently been appointed as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Nursing, University of Western Sydney Australia. She is currently involved in a research project with the university undertaking the world’s first clinical evaluation of the Namaste™ Care program that she developed for people with advanced dementia. Joyce will also be involved in another research project that examines the outcomes of Namaste™ Care in aged care homes in the United Kingdom which will be conducted in 2012 with St. Christopher’s Hospice in London.
