Bridges® by EPOCH at a Glance

Research-Based Program

BRIDGES® programming was developed in partnership with Joyce Simard, a nationally known expert in Alzheimer’s disease and memory care, allowing us to incorporate the latest disease research findings in our programming to enhance quality of life for those with Alzheimer’s disease.

The programming at Bridges® by EPOCH memory care communities is centered on individual interests and desires. Our remarkable teams of highly skilled caregivers are dedicated to nurturing, encouraging and ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. When planning daily activities, we consider each resident’s unique life experiences, abilities and needs to ensure exceptional days.

A Focus on Family

Our commitment to care extends beyond our residents to embrace our families. We offer a variety of free educational programs, support groups and seminars to help our families understand and cope with the challenges of memory loss. We also welcome them to join us for social and community events, keeping them connected and involved in their loved ones’ lives.

Bridge to Home Program

Our Bridge to Home Program offers a short-stay option for those with memory challenges who are being discharged from a hospital stay or a rehabilitation center, but who would benefit from additional care in a supportive, nurturing environment that specializes in memory care before returning home.

This program also provides families with a well-deserved respite from caregiving and allows them to rest easy knowing their loved ones are in a welcoming, home-like environment where remarkable people provide exceptional care.
