Bridges® by EPOCH Has Your Number

Bridges® by EPOCH’s caregivers and leadership team rely on countless years of combined experience and training to communicate with the more than 100 types of dementia that can affect seniors and the families who love them.

And we're here to share our resources and help anyone who needs us, including at-home caregivers and people with memory loss who don’t live at Bridges®.

More Than Exceptional Care for Residents

As seasoned experts in memory care, we understand the challenges that families face and we don’t believe anyone should have to take the journey alone. That’s why we host a variety of complimentary dementia education events and monthly support groups, as well as offer free counseling services, all with the purpose of helping family caregivers to cope, communicate and create less stressful, more joyful experiences for everyone
