- Jen Connolly, Executive Director
Ms. Connelly has worked in the senior healthcare industry since 1991, beginning her career as an activity assistant. Through dedication and commitment, she expanded her scope of expertise and has since served as activity director, program director, program coordinator and assisted living coordinator in several senior living residences, including nursing and rehab centers and assisted living communities. As the new Executive Director for Bridges® by EPOCH at Westford, she will manage the community that is home to the unique programming she helped to develop for our residents. The programming is individualized, meeting each resident’s abilities and tailored to personal interests, designed to engage, delight and fulfill our residents every day.
- Holly E. Dineen, Marketing Director
Ms. Dineen joined the Bridges® by EPOCH Memory Care Assisted Living at Westford team in January 2013, but she has been a member of the EPOCH family for years. Before her move to our community, she served as director of marketing and community relations at EPOCH Memory Care Assisted Living of Weston. With over 20 years in marketing and seven years in senior living, Ms. Dineen brings significant experience and expertise to our community. In her role as marketing director, Ms. Dineen is the point person for all communications regarding Bridges® by EPOCH Memory Care Assisted Living at Westford. She will provide information and answer questions about the community’s unique approach to residential memory care services, suite floor plans, details about the care programs to be offered and pricing. Ms. Dineen holds two Bachelor of Science degrees: one from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and one from Emmanuel College, Boston.
- Abbi Laushine, Life Enrichment Director
For the past eight years, Abbi Laushine has been serving various positions throughout the senior living industry. Beginning as a Personal Care Assistant and working her way to a Certified Nursing Assistant, she has become a valuable asset to the Bridges® by EPOCH team. A caring and positive leader, she has since moved positions after assuming Activity Director responsibilities while serving as the Activities Assistant. As the Activities Assistant, Abbi was responsible for organizing and planning activities and outings for residents while ensuring these programs were in compliance with resident’s abilities, needs and interests. She was also in charge of encouraging resident engagement and participation in various programs and activities. As the Life Enrichment Director, she will get to put the skills she has learned in her previous positions to good use by continuing to develop unique programming, coordinating various clubs and encouraging an active lifestyle in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Duncan M. Bartlet, Director of Food Service
Duncan Bartlett has a passion for food – and for seniors – which is why his role as Director of Food Services is the perfect job for him. Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of our Culinary and Food Services Department, Duncan makes certain we are in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
He also works with our registered dietitians to meet residents’ nutritional needs. Most importantly, he dishes up delicious menus while making sure residents maintain dignity and can continue to enjoy the dining experience.
Duncan has decades of experience directing the food service operations in a variety of corporations, as well as healthcare and senior living organizations.
- Alicia Seaver, Bridges® by EPOCH Director of Memory Care
As the Bridges® by EPOCH Director of Memory Care, Alicia serves as an educator and trainer for both our families and our staff, as well as an expert resource for all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. In her position, she is focused on maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care in all Bridges® by EPOCH communities across the EPOCH portfolio.
In addition to Alicia’s nearly 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, she is certified by the National Institute on Aging as a Memory Impairment Specialist and is certified in both Massachusetts and Florida as a State Certified Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Trainer. Her extensive skill set, combined with her depth of knowledge of memory care and forms of dementias, allows Alicia to effectively provide invaluable information not only to Bridges® by EPOCH families, but also to the greater community.
Alicia is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Prior to joining the Bridges® by EPOCH team in her most recent role as the Executive Director of our flagship community in Hingham, where she earned the honor of being named Executive Director of the Year by Mass-ALFA, Alicia also held various positions at senior living communities in Florida and Massachusetts. Alicia is proud to be part of an organization that is as dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to seniors as she is, and she feels lucky to be in a position where she can educate families on how to make a difference in the quality of life of their loved ones with memory challenges on a daily basis.
