- Jenifer Hoffman, Director of Community Relations
Ms. Hoffman has worked as the Director of Community Relations since August 2012. Prior to coming to Bridges, she was the founder and creator of Emotional Amor, a lifestyle messaging company that placed empowering words on apparel and accessories and partnered with larger companies to donate all net profits to teach self-confidence and self-esteem to public school students. At Bridges, Ms. Hoffman conducts initial outreach to families and leads community tours. She enjoys seeing the complete emotional evolution with families as they make the difficult decision of moving a loved one to Bridges, and then the sense of peace and joy they experience knowing their loved one is in a safe, supportive place. In her spare time, Ms. Hoffman enjoys spending time with her family, children and friends, and is active in running, triathlons and skiing.
- Kelli Mitchell, Business Office Manager
Ms. Mitchell is our Business Office Manager. As such, she is responsible for a wide variety of duties from accounts payable to payroll, to human resources. Before moving into this position, Ms. Mitchell had served as Resident Services Director since April 2012. She has been working in assisted living for more than 12 years and is a certified CNA. Prior to coming to Bridges, Ms. Mitchell worked in roles of increasing responsibility at Forge Hill Senior Living. She attended Massbay Community College and received her associate’s degree in general studies of science. In her spare time, Ms. Mitchell enjoys going to the beach on sunny days and spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
- Alicia Seaver, Bridges® by EPOCH Director of Memory Care
As the Bridges® by EPOCH Director of Memory Care, Alicia serves as an educator and trainer for both our families and our staff, as well as an expert resource for all Bridges® by EPOCH communities. In her position, she is focused on maintaining the unique culture and personalized approach to care in all Bridges® by EPOCH communities across the EPOCH portfolio.
In addition to Alicia’s nearly 20 years of experience in the senior living industry, she is certified by the National Institute on Aging as a Memory Impairment Specialist and is certified in both Massachusetts and Florida as a State Certified Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Trainer. Her extensive skill set, combined with her depth of knowledge of memory care and forms of dementias, allows Alicia to effectively provide invaluable information not only to Bridges® by EPOCH families, but also to the greater community.
Alicia is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Prior to joining the Bridges® by EPOCH team in her most recent role as the Executive Director of our flagship community in Hingham, where she earned the honor of being named Executive Director of the Year by Mass-ALFA, Alicia also held various positions at senior living communities in Florida and Massachusetts. Alicia is proud to be part of an organization that is as dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to seniors as she is, and she feels lucky to be in a position where she can educate families on how to make a difference in the quality of life of their loved ones with memory challenges on a daily basis.
